Thanks girls for appreciating my new work.Weather here is just lovely sunny, mild and the skies are a vibrant blue. Fortunately, unlikea lot of other parts of Australia, we have hadno floods at all. Judy and Dian at 41deg. there's nothing like putting your feet in cold, cold water. Stay cool and calm!

I like that sexy bit of black lace at the bottom...My mom had a tapestry purse if I recall. It was a big thing in the 50's when I was small. She used to carry it to church. But your collection is quite amazing. As well as all your other marvelous fabrics. Some day you will have to show us your stash! xox Corrine

Well, you are (as always) an inspiration. Your fabrics are so unusual and just the sight of them sends me out looking for treasures. I have been given the ok by the surgeon and am starting to work full time again.

Hello Martica - You look like the Paper Bag Journal Queen from what I have seen. I machine and hand sew my journals so the answer is Yes.Are you Paper Bag journals glued! I think thoughyou would have to be using mainly fabric and laces to do it though. Email me if I can help further. Cheers, Suzy
