Valentines Already???

Surely Valentine's Day can't be that close!
Well Christmas came and went
and the New Year too
and
before we know it Valentine's Day will be here too!

Keeping this in mind and with a few enquiries I have begun
creating for this time of expressing love
from the heart to those special
people in our lives.

Firstly this heart using a beautiful vintage image printed
onto canvas backed with burgundy felt.

using many laces in shades of white, cream and brown.

A little machine embroidery too!

and sari ribbons too!

 ♥♥♥♥♥

Some cards in different sizes like these -
for the Romantic Valentine!

There's layers of frothy chiffon and vintage laces.

A stitched heart from some deep rich grape sari ribbon!

For the Vintage Valentine these two below.

And this more Longing Valentine!

These cards went into  my Etsy shop yesterday
and already the last two have gone!
but there will be more coming!

♥♥♥♥

There is one more item in my shop which might appeal
to the creator with imagination for a
Valentine's project
and that is a selection of fabrics and laces!

How can one not think of hearts and roses
for their Valentine???

There is a variety of fabrics and colors here in this pack
ranging from white to cream to pink to red and to
burgundy
with cottons, vintage cotton, fabric laces, netting
with hearts, broderie englais and a
sweet vintage doily.

*please note
I have since sold this one but I am happy to create custom orders for your own personal
project too.

I'll be back soooon!

  3. What sweetheart wouldn't want to receive one of these? So much better than a bouquet of flowers or a box of bonbons that are gone in no time.

  8. Oh yeah ... you and I are on the same {heart} page, aren't we? I'm elbow deep in creating valentines, too. It's a nice break after jingle bells, snowmen, angels, trees and nativity scenes!

    Enjoy the creative process.
