Journey's End

Eternal Sleep has finally arrived
for our dear Andrea!
All that is left of her gentle smile, her sweet soft voice
and her strong presence is what we hold in our
memory.
May her spirit dance like fire in the eternal light!

In memory of Andrea and for my own good

I created this collage in these soft shades of grey

also with the idea of linking up with

 Grey Dey Thursdey with
Petite Michelle Louise
and
Timewashed.com with
Blissful Whites Wednesday

as the dark grey days slowly begin to lighten.

Her memory will live on in our hearts.
♥♥♥♥♥
Thank you dearest blogging friends for your most wonderful
love and support through my absence in going
through all of this -
there is much to share ahead
with the dawning
of each
new precious day of living!

I've found my wings and am now getting ready to fly again!

A warm welcome also to all of my new followers -
I hope you enjoy my creative journey here too!

Love and hugs, Suzy♥

  16. Dear Suzy
I visited with the hope of catching-up with you, to possibly view some new and exquisite creation however I did not expect such a post.
Your friendship was so precious and those of us who know of that friendship can only but feel a deep sadness for what you are experiencing, a rollercoaster of emotions from joy at the memories of your friendship but a deep and rightfully, grey sadness at the thought of Andrea being no longer a presence in your physical day.
The collage you created is possibly the highest form of tribute you could pay as it speaks of so much.
Sending you a bundle of warming wishes for you today and beyond.
    Wishes
    Lynne

  26. bonjour chère Suzy
comme le dit johala , elle continue
sa route et elle ne souffre plus
cela n'empêche pas la douleur et
    l'absence
    Saint Augustin.
tout mon soutien et ma tendresse

  43. Your stunning collage, dear Suzy, is a beautiful tribute to Andrea, but a far more beautiful tribute to her was the love you showed her during her life, and especially as she faced the end of her journey on earth.

I know that Andrea will return that love in many ways throughout the rest of your life--whether it be in a gorgeous rainbow after a nasty storm... in an unexpected gift arriving in the mail... in renewed inspiration on days when your sadness over her loss seems to have squelched all of your creativity.

    Sending you many healing hugs,
    Pat xoxo
