Indian Flavour a Work in Progress
A collage of velvets, brocades, lace, braids and trimmings on a bed of some very soft furnishing fabric in crazy quilted style machine and hand sewn. The first piece yet to be completed!Autumn Colours and Shades
All of the bright yellows of summer and now slowly turning into rich golden hues with shades of deep reds on the Ornamental Vine with the oranges, browns, golds, and purples of the cottage plants. All an inspiration for my next work!

A Japanese Vase
A little framed picture I made from a selection of old kimino fabric, cottons, satins and dyed fabrics.
It shows how little fabric is needed to create a picture - just some of your favourite scraps!
The technique here is just crazy patchwork using a button hole stitch by machine.
