The Many Ways of Creating a Heart

There are many ways to create a heart
and
this has been made using vintage fabrics, sari ribbon, Indian
braids, tapestry fabric and laces.

now you can see how it grows and grows!

    I love the hearts. Great idea; great fabrics. Yes, they do have a tendency to take on a life of their own. And...just keep growing.

    Love this page and the heart. OK Suzi I have a question.... How do you put this all together, I mean the pages? You may have mention this before but for the life of me I can't locate it.     Aww the hearts and the ever-growing density of the pages! So enticing! So dangerously alluring! The perfect book, in fact, in which to bury oneself in for hours, as there is already so much to inspire and luxuriate in. A real treasure-trove!

    I love your creations, Suzy. Your altered book is awesome! Even though I have been working mostly with neutrals lately, I always enjoy your colorful projects. Some years ago, when I had my crazy quilting phase, I used a lot more color. If you see something more colorful on my blog in the future, it was you who had inspired me :-).
