An Eco-dyed paper and Textile Concertina - SNT No. 49

 Dear Blog friends
here is my latest little concertina book
"Tattered whispers on the breeze"
made from handmade paper

and inspired by the beautiful artwork of
Lynne Moncrieff of Lynnesbowsandbells blog

It was so much fun to create
using papers from my eco-dyed little stash of silks and water colour papers
along with many other vintage page papers, tea bag papers, envelopes, vintage music, tags and other ephemera.

but what was new this time was the use of
some of Lynne's wild flower stamps

and her nature themed Affirmation Stamps

which I so love to be inspired with!

I also incorporated the use of
scraps of vintage lace
which I dyed with tea, rust and some copper pipe!
All of these papers were put in together
in the dye bath!

The book itself is only 4 x 6 inches
and what you see below is this
little bag, made from
vintage linen dyed in the same bath
to hold this sweet little treasure
of inspiring pages and affirmations!
